What are the Hungarian verification marks?

The existence of the verification is testified by a legal certification mark and/or a verification certificate.

The Hungarian legal approval (national verification) marks are described by the 3rd  Annex of Government Decree no. 127 of 1991.(9. X.), elaborated for implementation of Act no XLV of 1991.

The marks approving legal national verification are:

  • A sealing mark or a stamp containing the Crown St., situated inside a circle, surrounded at the two sides by the last two digits of the year of verification and underneath in the middle by the individual mark of the verification officer.
  • A sticker mark illustrating the Crown St., situated inside a lying rectangle, surrounded at one side by the inscription „MKEH” and underneath by the individual mark of the verification officer.
