Defense-related economic activity

The licensing of defense-related economic activity is regulated by the Government Decree 156/20127. (VI.16.).

The following qualify as defense-related economic activity:

• the manufacture of defense-related (ML listed) products;
• the provision of defense-related services;
• the foreign trade in defense-related goods and services.
