Defence-related activities

The licensing of defence-related activities are regulated by the Government Decree 156 of 2017 (156/2017. (VI. 16) Kormányrendelet, hereinafter referred to as Government Decree).

Defence-related  activities are:

• production of defence-related goods,
• provision of defence-related services,
• foreign trade of defence-related goods and services.

The list of defence-related goods and services (based on the Common Military List of the European Union) can be found in Annex 1. of the Government Decree.
