Authorization of responsibility mark

In case of manufacturing precious metal articles in the territory of Hungary, the manufacturer, in case of import from, the trader is obliged to apply his / her own authorized official responsibility mark on the articles.

The Authority is governed by the 187/2011. (IX. 14.) Government Decree on the examination of precious metal objects, certification and certification of their precious metal content, and the equivalence of the certification, and the 35/2011. (IX. 14.) Ministry of National Development Decree on official activities related to precious metal objects, in order to permit the precious metal manufacturers and traders of precious metals to use a non-confusing responsibility mark.

The tool for applying the responsibility mark shall be presented for impression at the Government Office of the Capital City Budapest, Precious Metal Registration, Control and Testing Section.

The authorization fee for the permit of use of the responsibility mark is 8.400 HUF.
