In order to implement these regulations,Government Office of the Capital Citi Budapest as competent administrative authority in Hungary - provides information on its Hungarian website.

• Obligation to license and register of activities, to make customer’s declaration, to keep documentation and records, to apply for export authorizations on drug precursors;
• Guidelines for operators how to provide annual statistical reports on trade in and use of drug precursors.
