Registering tasks in connection with the activity issuing the Széchenyi Pihenő Card

According to Goverment Decree 55/2011. (IV.12.) the institutions which issues the cards must immediately, but at least within 3 days after issuing the card, notify the Hungarian Trade Licensing Office. The Hungarian Trade Licensing Office registers the institution and informs the minister for national economy. The Hungarian Trade Licensing Office inform the institution about the registration. Those institutions can continue the card issuing activity which meets the requirements of the Government Decree.

The notice sent by the institution must contain the following datas:

a, name and seat of the institution

b, their registration number at the registry court

c, name and form of the group of the enterprises.

d, Statement of the dominant member that which organisations are included to the group of enterprise.

e, the fact that the institution started issuing cards.

f, 3.000 HUF fee for the process
