Notificating and registering tasks in connection with horse riding service provision
The Government Office of the Capital City Budapest act as a trade authority during the notification and registering procedure of horse riding service providers.
According to Order 14/2008. (XII.20.) the Government Office of the Capital City Budapest registers the horse riding service providers.

The notification procedure of the horse riding service provision
Horse riding service providers must notificate their activity to the Government Office of the Capital City Budapest.
The notification blank can be handed by electronic way.

You can find the blank at the webpage of Government Office of the Capital City Budapest. You should attach to the blank all the documents that the law ordered.
The provider could start his activity at the same time he handed in the notification blank. But if the notification does not comply the provider must not carry out the activity. If he does it could be sanctioned.
The provider must notificate the changes in data’s immediately.
